Mon 8th September – 3 routes available different distances 4-7 miles

Main route out by Asda to Doagh, right onto Station Road, then straight up the Kilbride Road, right onto the Cogry Road to the end, then right down Rashee Road, and in.

Wed 10th September – 3 routes available different distances 4-7 miles

All routes out the back path and turn right onto Ballycorr Road, turn left onto Church Road, right onto Lower Ballyboley Road to then right onto Lismenary Road, right at Ballynure and in by Templepatrick Road, Ballynure Road to Leisure Centre. Shorter route turns right onto Church Road down to Ballynure and in.

Alternative Speed Work: 1 mile intervals with 800m jog in between in the Park

All routes out the back path and turn right onto Ballycorr Road, turn left onto Church Road, right onto Lower Ballyboley Road to then right onto Lismenary Road, right at Ballynure and in by Templepatrick Road, Ballynure Road to Leisure Centre. All routes out the back path and turn left onto Ballycorr Road, turn left onto Church Road, left onto Lower Ballyboley Road to Ballyeaston then turn right at Trenchill then right again onto Ballynashee Road, left onto Sawmill Road to Five Corners and head back to leisure centre via Trenchill and Ballyeaston Road.

Main route going towards Ballyeaston, via Ballyeaston Road, left up Trenchill then right on to Ballynashee Road, first left on to Sawmill Road to Five Corners, turn round on to Trenchill Road back to Ballyeaston and in.

Wed 20th August – 2 routes available different distances 4-6.5 miles

Main route going towards Ballyrobert via Mill Road and Templepatrick Road, left on to Ballyrobert Road, 2nd left on to Horseshoe Road, first left on to Lisnalinchey Road West then first left on to Lisnalinchey Road, first left on to Ballylinney Road to the end and then right on to Ballyrobert Road, right on Templepatrick Road and in via Mill Road.

Alternative Speed Work: 1ml warm up to Six Mile Park, 3 x 1ml intervals with 800m recovery jog, 1ml cool down in.

Main route going towards Doagh via Kilbride Road, left down Bryantang Brae, passed the piggery, Poseyhill Road, Ballymena Road, Doagh Road and in.

Alternative Hill Work: 1ml warm up to Ballyeaston, short steep x 5 with downhill recovery, then 2min rest, another short steep x 5 with downhill recovery, 1ml cool down home.
