30/7/22 Louise Podiums in Peak District
Congratulations to County Antrim Harriers, intrepid and experienced ultra-enthusiast, Louise Smart, who took a well-deserved third place at the inaugural Peak District 100 mile race on Saturday (30th July). The gruelling course took participants through the wild and beautiful National Park and included ascents of both White Peak, called after the limestone, and the Dark Peak after the black gritstone. Louise was joined on the start-line by fellow Club members Claire Oliphant and Glenn Smart who took part in the 50 mile race over White Peak (total elevation 1801m). Well done all.

2/7/22 ParkRun Tribute
A tribute was held this morning at Sixmilewater parkrun for Raymond Hilman, a highly esteemed CAH, to mark the first anniversary of his passing. Thanks to Vivien Davidson (Event Director) who produced a lovely banner which captured just a few of the great photographs Raymond took at ParkRun 💚
8/6/22 Memorial Run
County Antrim Harriers turned out in force tonight, for a Memorial Run in memory of their member Niall Robinson who sadly passed away last month. After a minutes silent members ran together over a 4 mile route.
Niall was a committed and enthusiastic club member, regularly taking part in training, a fighter through adversity, and was always on hand to support other runners with a motivational word or by simply dropping back to run at their pace. He will be very much missed.
The turnout was a testament to the respect in which Niall was held by the Club.
