Monday 24th November

Out Leisure Centre road, left on to Ballynure Road, Henryville Estate to bottom and up, turn right onto Ballynure Road and left into Hollybush Gardens, leading into Collinview Avenue to the end and turn right onto the Green Road till you cross over to Main Street and left on to Avondale Drive running to Grange Valley to do a lap then back onto Avondale Drive turn left up Hawthorne Way leading to Ollardale Park straight up on to Doagh Road (those only wanting 4 miles turn right to go back to Leisure Centre via Square and Mauds) those wanting more turn left towards the graveyard doing Huntingdale Estate on left and Highgrove Estate on right as your miles dictate then back along Doagh Road and in.

British & Irish Masters

CAH Member Eileen Stewart has been named in the teams for the British & Irish Masters

Eileen Stewart in the Northern Ireland vest  and tracksuit.

International Cross Country Championships in Wollaton Park, Nottingham (England) on Saturday 22nd November 2014 after the successful Northern Ireland Masters Athletics Association Cross Country on Saturday 18th October 2014.

Best wishes go to Eileen in this international run.

Turn right up Main Street
Keep going up the Rashee Road
Right on Victoria Road, to the end and back
Left on Rashee
Left on Charles Drive
Left on Ballyeaston Road
Right in to craighill do a loop
Left down Ballyeaston
Left on to Ballycorr Road
Lap of Riverdale (return to Leisure Centre via back path if you only want 4 miles)
Left down Main Street to bottom
Right on Mill Road
Cut through park
Right on Avondale and return to Leisure Centre the same path you left

Head out of the main entrance of the Leisure Centre turning left onto Ballynure Road and up to Henryville down to the bottom and back up turning right, crossing the road to Greenview then left down Holybushthrough to Colinview and down Green Road then onto Mill Road , through the park then a lap of Grange Valley, up through Hawthorn Way to Ollardale and turn left onto the Doagh Road then Huntingdale and option to go to graveyard, Highgrove and in via Home Bargains.

Out the back path to Ballycorr Road and turn right to do a loop of Riverdale.
Left back along Ballycorr Road, right onto Ballyeaston Road, left onto Charles Drive, right onto Rashee Road to Victoria Road. Up & down Victoria Road, cross over for a lap of Readers Park. Right onto Rashee Road, right into Rathmena Gardens – up to top of Rathmena Gardens, then back down Rathmena and out Hillmount Avenue. Right onto Rashee Road, Right onto Doagh Road to cemetery. Back via Ollardale, Avondale Drive & Ballynure Road.

For 4miles – Return to Leisure Centre, after Rathmena via Rashee Road & ASDA.

Leave leisure centre turn right onto Ballynure Rd, then left up the Green Road, left through Colinview, into tintown, right on the Ballynure Road, left down Henryville, bottom of the hill and back up, right onto Ballynure Road, right up Main Street, up Rashee Road, left on Hilmount Avenue, through Rathmena, up to the nursing home, left on Rashee, left into Readers, do a the full lap, left on Rashee, right on Victoria, up to the end and back down to Rashee Road. Return to leisure centre via Grange Street. This will give you approximately 6 miles. For 4 miles return to leisure centre after Rathmena.

Leave the leisure centre past the old Asda, left down Main Street, on to Mill Road, through park, lap and a half of Grange Valley, Avondale Drive, left up Main Street, Ballyeaston Road, left onto Charles Drive, right on Rashee, up to Readers Park, do the full loop, followed by Rathmena, back down Rashee Road, right onto Doagh Road, left down Ollardale, left on Avondale and in the way you left. This will give you 6 miles for 4 miles, leave out Readers and the Doagh Road with Ollardale.
