Training – Week Beginning 19th October 2014

Monday 20th October

Leave the leisure centre past the old Asda, left down Main Street, on to Mill Road, through park, lap and a half of Grange Valley, Avondale Drive, left up Main Street, Ballyeaston Road, left onto Charles Drive, right on Rashee, up to Readers Park, do the full loop, followed by Rathmena, back down Rashee Road, right onto Doagh Road, left down Ollardale, left on Avondale and in the way you left. This will give you 6 miles for 4 miles, leave out Readers and the Doagh Road with Ollardale.
