Monday 19th January

3 mile route: Out via Granges Street. Along the Doagh Road to the cemetery and back. Onto Rashee Road, at ASDA roundabout turn onto Ballyeaston Road, right onto Ballycorr Road. Lap of Riverdale and return to Leisure Centre via back path.

Longer route: same as above but at ASDA roundabout continue up Rashee Road, right onto Charles Drive, right onto Ballyeaston Road, left onto Ballycorr Road. Lap of Riverdale and return to Leisure Centre via back path.

6+ mile route:Out via Granges Street.Left down Main Street, right onto Mill Road to the (very) end. Turn back then left through Park (be careful on bridge) left onto Avondale, lap (or lap and half) of Grange Valley, back onto Avondale & left up Ollardale. Left onto Doagh Road and run to the cemetery (including Huntingdale & Highgrove as wanted) and back. At ASDA roundabout continue up Rashee Road, right onto Charles Drive, right onto Ballyeaston Road, left onto Ballycorr Road. Lap of Riverdale and return to Leisure Centre via back path.
