Training – Week Beginning 12th October 2014

Monday 13th October

Out the back path to do a lap of Riverdale via Ballycorr Road, left back onto Ballycorr
Road, right up Ballyeaston Road, left onto Charles Drive, to the end, turn right up Rashee
Road to Victoria Road turn right and go to the end then turn back crossing over to
Readers Park, do a lap then into Rathmena Park for a lap and out Hillmount Avenue
turning right onto Rashee Road, then right onto Doagh Road, left at the Chapel down
Ollardale leading to Avondale Drive and turn right then cross over to the park taking
path onto the Mill Rd next Ballynure Rd and in.

For a 4 mile route return to Leisure Centre after Readers park via Rashee Road and Asda. To make it just over 6 miles do a lap of Grange Valley.

Wednesday 15th October

Meeting from Rugby Club, out the lane turn left down Doagh Road, then right down
Ollardale, left onto Avondale Drive, left onto Main Street, straight up to Rashee Road leading to Victoria Road, turn back through Rathmena and back to RFC.

Include up & down Victoria if you want another mile and for shorter, turn left at Square when coming up the Main Street and do Highgrove before heading back to RFC.

Alternative: Hill work at Huntingdale
