Well done to John Holmes for flying the CAH flag at the “Get Off The Road” 6 mile trail run at Tranquility Lake, Pelham, AL organised by Southeastern Trail Runs.
The challenging course had it all – narrow trails, tripping hazards, steep inclines and descents and even a river to run through!
