Monday 2nd February

3 mile route: Head out old Asda path then turn down the Main Street to Mill Road, cross over the park and turn right to go to the end of Avondale Drive turn left up Main Street keeping to right path then right out Ballycorr Road to Riverdale do 1 lap then in back Leisure Centre path.

5 mile route: Head out the Leisure Centre path turn left onto Ballynure Rd, keep on right path and turn right into Holybush Gardens through Collinview onto Green Road then follow on to Mill Road cross over the park onto Avondale Drive, turn left up Main Street keeping to right path then right
out Ballycorr Road to Riverdale do 1 lap then go back onto Ballycorr Road and in back Leisure Centre path.

6 mile route:  Leading on from the above go to end of Ballycorr Road and head towards Doagh Road, left at Ollardale and lap of Grange Valley and in via Avondale.

Reverse of Monday nights
