Make Running a Regular Part of Your Life
Ever improving Jana Ross, crossed the line at Seeley 10k, in PB time of 39:37, to reset the Clubs Ladies 10k record (which she set at Seeley last year) by nearly a minute.

Magnificent running by Jana Ross at Co Down 5k Championships, resulted in a PB time (19:10) and resetting the ladies Club Record!
Congratulations to Louise Smart who produced another strong performance in the Ultra event (40 miles), finishing in an impressive 6:26:07, as first female finisher (15th overall).

Congratulations to Natasha Henderson on her well-deserved win, on the far from easy course, and setting a new ladies course record!

In near perfect conditions, twenty-five County Antrim Harriers, along with a record number of other runners, toed the line at Ormeau Park before touring the streets of Belfast in the annual Deep River Rock Belfast City Half Marathon. The Harriers were in fine form; with focused summer training, as well on-course support from Club members, resulting in a plethora of well-deserved PBs, excellent distance debuts, and on-form Jana Ross, pacing herself perfectly, to cross the line in an impressive 1:30:21 (PB) to claim another Club Record!

On Sunday (16th), in warm conditions, County Antrim Harriers, Chris Hopkins and Martina Toal toed the line with over 44,000 others (including the soon-to-be world record breaker, Eliud Kipchoge) at the prestigious 45th BMW Berlin Marathon. Chris, who was running in memory of his father (the Clubs much loved late Chairman and Coach, Greg Hopkins), to raise funds for the Mesothelioma UK Charitable Trust, gave a truly impressive marathon debut; pacing himself perfectly to cross the line in 3:12:38!

Thank-you to all the CAHs who attended the AGM and made it such a great occasion; the help of those who organised the evening was much appreciated.
