Mon 1^st September – 3 routes available different distances 4-7 miles

Main route going towards Ballyrobert Road via Mill Road, right down the Long Shot, then right onto Templepatrick Road, finally left onto Mill Road and in.

Wed 3rd September – 2 routes available different distances 4-6 miles

All routes out the back path and turn right onto Ballycorr Road, turn left onto Church Road, right onto Lower Ballyboley Road to then right onto Lismenary Road, right at Ballynure and in by Templepatrick Road, Ballynure Road to Leisure Centre. Shorter route turns right onto Church Road down to Ballynure and in.
