Claire Oliphant and Ruth Morrison won their respective age categories at this fun but tough, trail, headtorch-lit 5k.
5/11/16 – Wendy’s Successful Cross County Debut
Wendy Forsythe, on her Cross County debut, at the McConnell Shield, came first in her age group (FV65). Well done Wendy.
13/11/16 – Tollymore Trail Marathon
The Club was well represented at the tough Tollymore Trail Marathon event, organised by 26 Extreme, with racers in each distance. All raced strongly – special mention to those who PBd and to Louise Smart who secured a podium place in the ultra (2F / 8th overall).
3/12/16 – Club Cross County History Made
At the Malcolm Cup Cross Country in Ballyclare, history was made with the Club fielding a Mens Team for the first time – well done to Rob Graham, Chris Hopkins, Nick Gardner and Marty Kilpatrick.
14/12/16 – Annual Tinsel Run
The Club held their annual Tinsel Run, on Wednesday 14 December, bringing festive joy and Christmas bells to the streets of Ballyclare.
1/1/17 – Holiday ParkRuns
County Antrim Harriers took the opportunity to take part in Parkruns on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and double ParkRun on New Years Day! Well done all, especially those who achieved Personal Bests, and to Raymond Hilman, who ran his 50th ParkRun at Waterworks on Christmas Day and was joined by family, Club members, and friends.

5/2/17 – Drum Manor 10k
At the testing Sperrin Harriers Drum Manor Forest Park 10k, Christine Murray and Irene Downey ran strongly to be placed third in their respective age categories.
5/2/17 – Personal Bests at Born 2 Run Antrim
The Harriers were in impressive form at the Born 2 Run Antrim 10k with a host of personal bests achieved – congratulations to Marty Kilpatrick, Andrew Wilson, Heather Gault, Tanya Smith, Jenni Coulter, Carol Conn, Caroline Maxwell, and Edel Cafferky.

County Antrim Harriers were delighted to welcome over 75 aspiring runners to the first session of the Clubs Couch To 5k programme. Everyone involved seemed enthused and looking forward to the next session. The Couch To 5k runners will graduate at the Clubs annual May Fair 5k fun run on Saturday 27 May 2017.
