20/8/17 Eileen Succeeds at Quadrathon

Congratulations to Eileen Stewart, who conquered the Quadrathon Quest, in County Donegal.  In this unique 4-day event, set along the rugged and often hilly Wild Atlantic Way, Eileen completed four testing back-to-back half marathons.

12/8/17 Lurig

Well done to Marty Kilpatrick, David Hamill, and Patricia Hamill 50:09, who travelled to the Glens of Antrim to take on the Lurig Mountain Challenge.  Not for the faint hearted, the 3.8 mile race, takes racers, from Cushendall over rough ground to the top of Lurig (over 1,000 feet) and back again.  The trio, despite all racing the previous evening, were in fine form.

5/8/17 Podium Places for CAH ladies

Saturday 5/8/17 saw CAH ladies running strongly to claim well deserved podium places!  Congratulations to Sarah Kinnear on coming First Lady at More Than A Half Causeway Challenge – the varied 13.7 mile course, took runners along the trails, roads, and beaches of the beautiful North Coast from Dunseverick Castle to East Strand, with Sarah finishing strongly in 2:07:50.  Also to Natasha Henderson on coming Second Lady at Kells & Connor Half Marathon, covering the tough course, in a PB time of 1:41:20.
