Onto Ballycorr Road, up Ballyeaston Road, along Charles Drive and up Rashee Road. Up and down Victoria Road, followed by Readers Park and then Rathmena. Down Rashee Road and back to leis centre via Asda path.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>6 miles route:<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0As above and then out Doagh Road and turn left at the Chapel and down Hawthorn Way to Avondale. Into Leisure Centre via Ballynure Road.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>3 miles route:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>Out back path onto Ballycorr Road. Turn left along to Asda roundabout , then up Rashee Road, along Victoria Road both ways and back down Rashee Road to Leisure Centre via Asda. This 3 miler should be suitable for any new runners. Can leave out Victoria Road for 2 miles .Come along and join us &#8211; there will always be someone to run with and chat to!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday\u00a07th\u00a0January<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"s2\"><span class=\"s2\"><em><strong>6 mile route:<\/strong><\/em> \u00a0Out Leisure Centre lane, turn left onto\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Ballynure<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0Road and towards Henryville, go to bottom and up and right onto\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Ballynure<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0Road again then left at\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Hollybush<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0and through into\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Colinview<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0and come out and turn right onto the Green Road then up Main Street turn left onto Avondale leading to Grange Valley and do lap and half then out and turn left up Hawthorne Way and\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Ollardale<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0and then left onto\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Doagh<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0Road and do\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Huntingdale<\/span><span class=\"s2\">, Graveyard,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Highgrove<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0\u00a0then back to Leisure\u00a0Centre<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Mauds<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0and Home\u00a0B<\/span><span class=\"s2\">argains<\/span><span class=\"s2\">. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s2\"><span class=\"s2\"><em><strong>5 mile route:<\/strong><\/em> only do 1 lap Grange Valley and leave out\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Huntingdale<\/span><span class=\"s2\">and, Graveyard and just do\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Highgrove<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0and back in by\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Doagh\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Road,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Mauds<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0and in.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s2\"><span class=\"s2\"><em><strong>3\u00a0mile route:<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0Go out Leisure Centre<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0lane turn right onto\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Ballynure<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0Rd then right up Main Street and left onto Avondale\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Drive<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0and do lap and half of Grange Valley, then left up Hawthorne Way and\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Ollardale<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0and right at the Chapel onto the\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Doagh<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0Road and in via\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">Mauds<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u00a0and Home Bargains.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s2\"><span class=\"s2\">Alternative: \u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s2\">1 mile warm-up, 1 mile repeats with 800m jog in between, 1 mile cool down<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Weekend<\/strong><br \/>\nAs arranged between members<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Monday 5th\u00a0January 5 miles route:\u00a0Out back path, lap of Riverdale.
